Back to the Future – 67 Years Old
To celebrate the 67th Birthday of Universal Paper & Plastics, we held a “Back to the Future” themed party on the 10th of February.
As we did last year, particular emphasis was placed on our four core values. We incorporated the values into the decor. We also printed custom designed company napkins and placemats that had a timeline of the company history, for the special occasion. This year the party was bigger and better than before and was definitely enjoyed by all who attended.
The festivities included food, refreshments, various games, lucky draws with big prizes, a photo booth with great props and to continue the tradition, a beautiful cake big enough for the entire UPP family! The cake was a model of what our UPI building looked like in 1955.
We would like to thank all UPP staff for their contributions and continuous commitment to ensuring UPP remains a successful, proudly South African company that continues to break new ground in the tissue paper industry.
